Your next three years in a nutshell

On our Graduate Scheme, your development will be accelerated. It is a three year programme and, in that time, you’ll be challenged to grow your leadership potential.

Learning alongside key figures in our organisation and gaining experiences across a variety of departments and markets, you will acquire a detailed but rounded understanding of our business. You’ll even receive optional language training in each country you’re working in. Helping you integrate seamlessly and enjoy a real taste of life in different cultures.

Have you got what we’re looking for?

If you tick all the boxes, you’re exactly what we need:

  • It’s essential that you’re fluent in both written and spoken English
  • We need someone with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification
  • However, if you’re an undergraduate who has been predicted a minimum 2:1 grade, we’d welcome your application too (equivalent of a MA or MSc degree with the final score of a minimum of 4)
  • You’re eager to travel, and excited to gain experience in all our international markets
  • Your analytical mind makes you adept at solving problems
  • You want to lead from the front, shaping the future of our organisation
  • You have graduated university since 2013
  • You have the right to work in any country in the European Economic Area (EEA) without a work permit

Top tips for all our applicants

Before you apply, here are a few things you can do to give yourself every chance of being the one we want:

  1. Do your research. It is vital you understand what we’re all about, so take a look at our ‘Who we are’ page to learn more
  2. Ask your friends and family to provide examples in support of your application. Make sure you evidence the qualities we’re looking for.
  3. Keep your answers concise and to the point – your ability to recognise the facts that really matter is an important part of the role.
